New µ-Ziq Tracks Up!

Mike P's launched his MySpace page, and there's some new tracks from his forthcoming release, "Duntisborne Abbots Soulmate Devastation Technique", a 2 CD album. As always, Mike's got the trademark µ-Ziq sound, but is certainly going in new directions. Lovely stuff, have a listen. You won't be sorry.

Mike's also got a remix on the upcoming The Doubtful Guest Remixes release, out later this year.

Mike P's got a new album coming out on his Planet Mu label this year - more details as they become available, and it's called "Duntisbourne Abbot's Soulmate Devastation Technique". Interesting.

New Jake Slazenger 7” Due Out 9 October

A new 7" vinyl by Mike P alias Jake Slazenger, "Pewter Dragon" (ZIQ168) is due out 9 October on Planet Mu Records. This two track EP marks the first Slazenger output in ten years since 1996's "Nautilus" on WARP Records (WAP 75).

The split single features the title track as well as "On The Street" on the B side.

Sacred Symbols of Mu and Mike P’s First R&S Release!

Good old WARPMart has gotten in the redicuously cheap Sacred Symbols of Mu DOUBLE CD sampler with 24 tracks, most of which haven't been released on CD before or are exclusives - and at only 5 quid, you can't beat a deal like that! Also, µ-Ziq's first release on R&S Recordings has been reissued, the classic Phi*1700 (U/V) on 12" vinyl only.

R & S Records - Back From The Grave!

R&S Records has teamed with Astral Music Distribution to bring back one of the early 90's most influencial labels - R & S Records! They plan on releasing the entire back catalogue of R & S Records, as well as new releases. This includes µ-Ziq's single release on R & S, Phi*1700 [U/V].
